Peacock Visual Arts is the main contemporary visual arts organisation in Aberdeen and the North-east of Scotland and is supported by Aberdeen City Council and Creative Scotland.
Now on: Christmas Show 2007
14 November 2007

Exhibition runs until 22 December.
Open Tuesday - Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Like every year Peacock Visual Arts’ open Christmas show is a popular opportunity for artists from near and far to have their work seen. This year's exhibition again is a wonderful showcase including printmaking, painting, photography, sculpture and, for the first time, film. All work fits within the size 20 x 20 x 20cm.
We have received hundreds of works from both practicing artists, recent graduates and art students from across the country. Artists such as Frances Walker, Harvey Daniels, Alistair Mack (as pictured) and Graeme Swanson have submitted work this year with work ranging in price from £10 to £800.

The annual event is a good insight into many artists’ current practice. It is also a fantastic chance for the public and collectors to purchase original and unusual, but affordable pieces of work by both established names and talented newcomers.
Also on display
For those of you who would like to know a bit more about our proposed development in Union Terrace Gardens: the model and 3D images of the new building are also on display on the Preview Night and during the exhibition.
