City council confirms £3m capital grant for contemporary arts centre

Peacock Visual Arts is delighted to announce that Aberdeen city councillors this week confirmed a £3m capital grant for the scheme to build a new contemporary arts centre in the heart of the city. Resources management committee members voted overwhelmingly in favour of granting the money for the proposed project, with conditions attached.
We received thousands of messages of support in the run-up to this decision and would like to thank you all for your help in getting us through these challenging times.
