Peacock Visual Arts is one of 23 galleries that have been chosen by Arts Council England to be part of a nationwide online store for contemporary art that launches today.

CultureLabel.com offers customers the chance to buy artworks online up to the value of £2000 with an interest free loan.
Backed by £45,000 from new arts quango Creative Scotland, the online Art Store will link an initial 23 major UK galleries, including eight in Scotland, selling everything from prints to original paintings. Arts Council England is also supporting the project.
Works will be available by major artists including Ralph Steadman, Kenny Hunter and award winning Toby Paterson, all of which can be paid for interest free over 10 months on the OwnArt scheme.
