31 July 2006

“(...) Why do we end up with trash spaces that no-one wants to live in? Does brand have to mean bland? How do we stop ‘the Wimpification’ of Britain?”

These are amongst the many questions explored in the third biennial review of Scottish architecture, ‘Architecture in Scotland 2004-2006 - Defining Place’, produced by The Lighthouse, Scotland’s National Architecture Centre. The Lighthouse publication 'Defining Place' accompanying the exhibition is for sale at Peacock visual arts for £9.99
