As part of the exhibition 'Female Icons' we invited Sue John and Adele Patrick of Glasgow Women's Library to give a talk about this unique resource in Scotland.

  • Time: 6.30-8.30pm.
  • Admission free.
  • All welcome.

The library houses a huge collection of materials by, for and about women. Its creative, supportive environment acts as a "catalyst for projects, friendships and laughter". It's main aim is to provide an information resource, run on feminist principles, relevant to all areas of women's lives, history, culture and achievements for use by women and groups from all areas of the community.
