20thNew work by Michael Visocchi

'Beneath Running Skies' shows new prints, sculpture and photography by Michael Visocchi. This exhibition brings together new works completed over the past 12 months and comprises of sculpture, photography, and for the first time, screen printing and etchings produced in collaboration with Michael Waight and Linsay Croall at Peacock visual arts.
21stOpen until 23 December: A6 Christmas exhibition

Peacock's popular annual open Christmas exhibition shows postcard-size work by local, national and international artists. Exhibition runs from 18 November until 23 December.
28thThe Boy Lacks Patience live at Peacock Friday 8 December

Currently working on his second album, young Aberdeen musician Chris Murty, alias 'The Boy Lacks Patience' is playing live at Peacock visual arts on Friday 8 December. Influenced by an early Julie Andrews fixation, classical piano tuition and listening to Joni Michell and Annie Lennox, Chris describes his music as 'a mix of pop and cabaret'.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday 24-26 November the international ‘SoundAsArt’ conference takes place held as part of this year’s s.o.u.n.d festival, at Aberdeen University. 360tv wil be there there, bringing you live the highlights from the conference.
16th26 November: Her Noise / Documentary

Her Noise, a project by contemporary art agency Electra, focuses on women in experimental music. The documentary is exclusively compiled for Peacock visual arts and screened at the Belmont Picturehouse on Sunday 26 November, 6.30pm.
30thEva Merz first artist-in-residence in Partners project

On December the 1st the ‘Partners’ residency programme starts within an area of Aberdeen facing regeneration to encourage varied, local communities to participate in the arts. Three artists will each work and live for six months in the area. Eva Merz, who has a track record in socially engaged practice, is the first artist-in-residence and starts her job this weekend.
