14thCrystal Grey now open

From Saturday 1 April till 6 May the exhibition Crystal Grey is on show at Peacock visual arts, displaying work by international artists Alan Johnston, Ragna Róbertsdóttir and Séan Shanahan.

On Saturday 1 April, 3pm, you can hear all about the story behind Ragna Róbertsdóttir's lava drawings and other fascinating artworks in the exhibition Crystal Grey.

13thNew printmaking projects

As well as collaborating with the artists in Word Order Peacock’s printmakers are working with the three artists involved in the exhibition Crystal Grey. A number of other artists have also accepted invitations to make new prints at Peacock. These include photographers and film makers Dalziel + Scullion.

19thBook about begging by New Social Art School

The first publication by the New Social Art School is out now. Artists Eva Merz and Bob Steadman interviewed 12 beggars on the streets of Aberdeen to hear their stories. The book is for sale at Peacock visual arts.

20thWord Order starts with launch of new prints

On Thursday 27 April, 6pm, three beautiful, poetic new prints are launched by artists Thomas A. Clark, David Bellingham and Alec Finlay. The launch is an appetizer for the Peacock exhibition Word Order, which opens on Friday 12 May.
