Opening night Female Icons

You are invited to come to the opening night on Saturday 27 january, 6-8pm!
From the Virgin Mary, to Marilyn Monroe, to Madonna, a select group of women have been canonized, mythologized and elevated to the status of icon. Dutch collective De Geuzen will be exploring the Female Icon by transforming the Peacock gallery into a temporary laboratory, open from 30 January.
On the evening the Peacock team will be kitted out with camera's, photocopiers, printers and scissors...so come in and pose as your own favourite female icon! The photo will be added directly to the ever growing online database...
